Section 1. Vision and Mission

Online Chess Academy is dedicated to providing exceptional group chess lessons to young learners worldwide.
1.2 Mission:
Our goal is to foster a passion for chess while helping students develop their skills through structured and engaging lessons.
Section 2. Payment Policy
2.1 Standard Pricing:
All group lessons are charged at a fixed rate, as outlined at the time of booking.
2.2 Payment Methods:
We accept payments through major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payment gateways. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
2.3 Refund Policy:
Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:
2.3.1 A request is made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled lesson.
2.3.2 The lesson is canceled by the academy due to unforeseen circumstances, and a rescheduling option is not available.
2.3.3 Refunds will not be issued for missed lessons.
Section 3. Privacy Policy
3.1 Data Protection:
All student information will be handled with strict confidentiality. We comply with applicable data protection laws to safeguard personal information.
3.2 Use of Data:
Student data will only be used for administrative and operational purposes.
3.3 Third-Party Sharing:
We do not share personal data with third parties without prior consent.

4.1 Respectful Environment:
All interactions between students, coaches, and academy staff must remain professional and respectful.
4.2 Disciplinary Actions:
Any disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in the suspension or termination of services.
Section 5. Amendments to Policy
5.1 Rights
5.1 Online Chess Academy reserves the right to amend this policy periodically.
5.2. Change of policy
Students and/or their guardians will be notified of any significant changes at least 15 days in advance.
