I started playing chess when I was five years old and have been coaching chess professionally for the last 15 years. Adriana Palao is a FIDE Candidate Master and FIDE Instructor with a peak rating of 2014. She began playing chess at the age of five, which enriches her coaching by allowing her to empathize with the experiences of young players. Her notable achievements include winning the Panamerican Blitz U-2000 Gold Medal, securing the Panamerican U-2000 Silver Medal, and becoming the National Youth Champion U-18. Currently residing in Valencia, Spain, Adriana competes in the Honor Division League, the country’s top division. She is also active as a ChessOnlineAcademy coach and streamer, sharing her expertise and passion for the game.
